Methods: This was a retrospective cohort conducted gynecology unit tertiary center. Women who underwent Misoprostol for miscarriage at Edith Wolfson Medical Center 07/2015 12/2020 were included. Incomplete or septic miscarriages, multiple pregnancies, patients irregular periods, missing data excluded. We performed both univariate multivariate analysis order identify correlation GA-LMP GA-US indeed factor abortion. Results: Overall, 778 included study. From this 582 (74.9%) had undergone treatment, while 196 (25.1%) required failure above. (in weeks) 2.6 ± 1.4 group, GA group 3.1 1.6 (p < 0.001). After performing multivariant regression analysis, we able show that found be independently an increase (aOR = 1.24, CI 95% (1.01–1.51), p 0.03). Conclusions: In miscarriage, longer has been shown lower option.
